    Job Description


    As the Housekeeping Administrative Assistant, you may look forward to:

    • Answering incoming phone calls
    • Notifying housekeeping of any changes to a reservation; to include but not limited to cleaning status, early check in, late check outs
    • Maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies
    • Assessing properties for cleaning rates
    • Updating arrival and departures
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)


    You are a person that (required skills):

    • The hours vary. You must be available weekdays as well as available to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
    • Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Is able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
    • Is customer service oriented, friendly and has strong communication skills
    • Has time management skills and is punctual and reliable
    • Is able to work quickly without compromising quality


    You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills):

    • Prior experience as a cleaner


    Physically you can anticipate to:

    • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
    • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, carrying vacuum and supplies up/down flights of stairs, moving small furniture, using your arms and legs, and sitting
    • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
    • Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
